The price is per connected number, per month. No setup fee and no lock-in. Message rates are billed by Meta, directly to you, and Zera adds no markup on top.

There is no price on this table, and that is not an oversight. High throughput is not a Zera feature: Meta releases it number by number, and Meta can refuse. Selling a button for something Meta can refuse is a guaranteed refund.

The subscription above is what Zera charges. Messages are billed by Meta itself, at their public rate, on the card you register in your own account. Zera does not resell that bill and adds no markup on it. To estimate it before you send, the calculator is free and uses the Brazil rate card.
How billing works
- Pricing is per connected number. Checkout accepts 1, 2, 3, 5 or 10 numbers.
- There is an annual cycle, and the year costs ten monthly payments. On ZeraSync and Combo it can be split into up to twelve instalments. On the WhatsApp API the annual plan is paid in full, and nothing is charged at signup. The final figure appears before you confirm.
- No setup fee and no lock-in. Cancel from the panel.
- On the WhatsApp API, the first charge happens when your number goes live. Until it connects, nothing is charged.
- The number stays in your Meta account, in your name. If you ever leave, you leave with the number.
Why the service lines have no price on this page
Digital Core, Neural Core and Market Core are not software subscriptions: they are a dedicated team designed around your operation. There is no rate card, and publishing a number here would be inventing one. The price comes in writing after the diagnosis, once the size of the work is known. A custom AI architecture follows the same path, which is why it has no price on this table either.
