You connect your number
Through Meta’s official window. If the number is already on WhatsApp Business, it keeps working on the phone and the history is preserved.

You receive the credentials
Token, phone_number_id and the webhook pointed at the address you provide. That is what your system needs to send and receive.

You pay Meta directly for messages
Conversations are billed by Meta itself, at their public rate. We add no markup on top.

Who the WhatsApp API is not for
This is a product for developers. You will need to integrate the API into your own system, and nothing shows up in a ready made screen. If you want to open it and start answering, the path is ZeraSync.
